FinXL NPV is a portable tool that equivalent to Microsoft Excel’s NPV function. It can be used to find sum of present values of a series of cash flows.
It is calculated by adding the initial cash outlay to the sum found by MS Excel NPV function. Just enter cash flows along with Cost of Capital (Discount Rate). Then click compute button to get final Net Present Value NPV.
