SharePoint users can download language packs for easy working with multiple languages. It allows you to enable creation of sites and site collections in multiple languages without requiring separate installations of SharePoint Foundation 2010.
You can install multiple language packs on the same server. Installing language pack won’t change the language of the installed Microsoft server product or the language of the administrative features. These language packs also support creation of additional languages.
